Master Bedroom
A large bright room with king size bed, luxury bedding, dressing table, wardrobes, 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
King Size Bedroom with Sofa Bed
Another large, bright bedroom with King size bed, luxury bedding, dressing table, built in wardrobes, 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and a sofa bed sleeping 1 child under the age of 12.
Downstairs King Bedroom
Situated at the front of the house on the ground floor, this bedroom offers a wall hung Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, luxury bedding, dressing table and a Large chest of drawers.
Twin Room
Our Twin room is situated next to the large downstairs bathroom. In this room we have a 2 single beds with luxury bedding, a large chest of drawers, wall hung Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime and a dressing table.
Open Plan Living
Walk in off the large hallway and find our open plan living area. The kitchen has an electric hob, double oven and grill, toaster, kettle, microwave and American fridge freezer. Choose to sit at the breakfast bar or at the 8 seater dining table looking out into the garden.

The living room has plenty seating for everyone with a huge corner sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a 55 inch Smart TV with Sky Q, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Off the Kitchen a large utility room has a separate sink area, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Downstairs Bathroom
Our large downstairs bathroom is located off the hallway next to the twin room. This has a double electric shower, toilet and vanity sink.

We provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Garden
Leading from the open plan living area through double doors we have a bright private garden situated on the River bank. This is a real sun trap! Here you’ll find rattan seating for up to 8 people at a rising table, a beautiful stone BBQ (Not only is it a bbq but also a pizza oven and outdoor fireplace) and a Hot Tub seating up to 6 people.

To the left of the garden out front lawn has a resin ping pong table and a climbing frame including swings, monkey bars and slide.
Upstairs Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom has a vanity sink and toilet, shower and double ended bath, above the bath we have a velux window so you can look up at the stars whilst you bathe.
We provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
